Enhanced Telecommunications commenced trading in November 1991 following the amalgamation of two companies, Telecommunication System Management (TSM) and Re-Tec Communications.

As its name implied, TSM provided on-going management of the telecommunication services, for organisations that did not employ a full time IT Manager.   A major part of this service was to design, source and implement the installation of an efficient telephone system for their client.

Re-Tec Communications on the other hand was predominantly a licensed cabling contractor and PABX system installer.

With the combined expertise of the two companies, Enhanced Telecommunications has immerged as an organisation that can not only provide customers with sound advice on thier telecommunication requirements but also supply, install and maintain a system that meets the criteria of well designed, reliable and simple to use.

Our aim is not to merely sell systems and equipment, but to forge an ongoing relationship with our clients.  To achieve this, we have to offer both a high level of service and equipment that is second to non in quality.  For telephone systems you need look no further than the HiPath from Siemens.

Launched in Western Australia in 1989, M2 Technology has grown to be one of Australia's most successful providers of third party telecommunication products both nationally and overseas.  Offering a range of products that include Voice Mail Systems, Recorded Voice Announcement Devices and their own On Hold Messages production facilities and software development division, M2 Technology now export to Taiwan, South Africa, Ireland, Indonesia, Philippines, New Zealand and the USA.

The name Plantronics is synonymous with high quality headsets.  Originally designed and for airline pilots in 1961, a Plantronics lightweight headset carried the first words from the Moon in1969. Today Plantronics has proved itself to be the leader in headset design and technology.

PhoneControl products are being used by commercial businesses, government organizations and Telco’s in more than 32 different countries around the world to control, monitor and analyse telecommunications usage and cost.  The principal focus of PhoneControl is on providing innovative software solutions that extends the control over telecommunications facilities, including telephony and internet facilities.
